Brad is an absolute delight to work with and is on point when it comes to all the minutia involved with buying and selling a home. He helped us do both and we would most definitely recommend him. He was patient and charming to go house-hunting with. When a house we were on the verge of buying  fell through after we discovered a buried oil-tank on the property, he keep searching with us for a place that matched our interests. Then when work required that we relocate, he handled situations well with prospective buyers. In one instance, everyone was reading the results of a water test wrong including the lab technician, he saw the mistake, contacted the lab, and had the error corrected. We were lucky to have him on our team!
